I love shooting downtown! Each time I shoot in LoDo, I try to find new spots. For this particular shoot, we traveled more uptown closer to the Brown Palace. Thanks to Brooke and Dan for driving around with me!

A Wedding on 6.23.07

Matthew and Amanda were married at the Phipps Mansion in Denver - what a fun wedding! They had a wonderful japanese theme including drinking sake during the ceremony. I love it when my clients let me be creative - after the last guest had left, we stayed behind to do more portraits and had the Matthew & Amanda on the grass! Thanks to Frances Marron of Frances Photography (www.francesphotography.com) for second shooting with me - we had a blast!

A Wedding on 6.16.07

Lisa & Nick were married at the awesome Beano's Cabin - what a place! It was my first time shooting there - hopefully not my last. It was a perfect day with beautiful lighting, gorgeous flowers and remarkable people! Thanks to the uber talented Peggy Dyer (www.peggydyer.com) for second shooting with me! Also, the wedding was expertly coordinated by Jenifer Hammond of I Do Weddings (www.idoweddingservices.com).

If you are wondering about the "spoons" in the ring photo - those are gelato spoons. Nick proposed one evening while sharing a romantic scoop of gelato! Congratulations to the two of you!

A Wedding on 6.9.07

I love colored dresses - I had my first one last year (baby blue) and Robin's this year - a beautiful gold color! She looked absolutely radiant in it! I love how Steve made all his groomsmen laugh by putting on a pair of Elvis inspired shades - NICE! Flowers were in a tropical theme - as was the whole wedding (Steve proposed to Robin in Hawaii). Flowers were done by the always delightful Delilahs of Denver (www.delilahsofdenver.com) and expert wedding coordination by Heather Allen of Table Six (www.tablesixproductions.com).
I was also assisted by the always happy and wonderfully talented Teddi Maull of www.picturetheday.com.
